What You Will Do :

Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to support public organization, helping clients address key issues impacting agency rules, people, mission, and technology.

Consulting services the candidate will be expected to perform may include:

• Leadership alignment and mission delivery strategy development

• Change management

• Strategic planning

• Innovation and organizational development

• Culture and people performance assessment and strategy

• Mission compliance assessments and maturation

• Performance management and benefits realization

• Program and operating model analysis

• Program design and development

• Customer experience transformation

• Modeling, forecasting, and simulation

• Benchmarking studies and analysis

• Communications

Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic, demanding, and often politically sensitive environment.

What You Will Need :

• An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance

• Bachelor Degree

• Willingness to obtain a polygraph

• THREE (3)+ years' of experience

•

What Would Be Nice To Have :

• Ability to apply a variety of analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills and techniques

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements

• Familiarity with producing a variety of communications from informal email interactions with clients to formal memos, issue papers, presentations, executive briefings, and others

• Experience conducting research to investigate client problems and work collaboratively with your team to formulate and recommend solutions

• Hands-on experience defining and/or executing strategy

• Demonstrated ability to interface with senior leadership

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of: US Intelligence Community organization, policy, and doctrine; Defense intelligence capabilities, techniques and practices; and/or Intelligence compliance, technical, and operational issues.

The annual salary range for this position is $71,800.00-$107,600.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
