Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Strategy team. You will help improve our corporate pricing framework and identify areas of revenue generation. You will also partner with other analysts on the team to build enhancements to our Pricing Dashboard in PowerBI. You will add capabilities to the dashboard and use the tool to bring insightful pricing strategy presentations to executives.

The role can be based in Portland and Denver. You will report to the Senior Manager of Pricing Strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Pricing Ops, Business Models to develop pricing team's business intelligence and pricing strategies across Autodesk

  • Determine goals to build data-driven insightful presentations for executive leadership

  • Maintain/enhance the Pricing Dashboard's underlying reporting structure, by working with data housed in QlikView, Business Objects and SQL servers

  • Work with analytics, data science, and wider engineering teams to help with automating data analysis and visualization needs

  • Create design and successful execution of pricing transformation initiatives and pricing data model

  • Work with Pricing Operations/Management teams to implement pricing waterfall, global pricing launches, product pricing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field)

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Strategic thinker with technical background

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python

  • Knowledge of data visualization and related tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)

Responsabilités

Exigences minimales

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine analytique (p. ex., mathématiques, informatique, statistiques, affaires ou un domaine connexe)

  • Entre 3 ans et 5 ans d'expérience de travail pertinente

  • Concepteur stratégique avec expérience technique

  • Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à recueillir, organiser, analyser et diffuser des quantités importantes d’informations avec un grand souci du détail et de l’exactitude

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,500 and $142,340. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
