Senior Manager, Account Management - Government Healthcare

About the team

The Conduent Government Health Services (GHS) teams help government agencies leverage data and achieve public sector transformation to better serve constituents. We offer solutions for Medicaid payments, healthcare, pharmacy benefits management and claims processing.

About the role

This is a hybrid WFH and local to Denver, CO role. Relocation assistance will be considered. You will take ownership of developing and growing profitable revenue opportunities from existing clients. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients while developing successful relationships. You will expand our revenue footprint by understanding our clients’ needs and identifying ways to innovate and improve.

Responsibilities

  • Formulating and administering company policies to ensure compliance with contractual standards, state and federal laws and regulations

  • Applying experience and knowledge of TMSIS (Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System) and Federal Reporting (MAR)

  • Overall ownership for Service Level Agreements, Implementation and Deliverables

  • Meeting Profit and Loss targets, monthly, quarterly, and annually to deliver on our revenue target

  • Acting as a liaison between client and cross-functional internal teams to share updates and communications

  • Managing and developing goals, objectives, and long-term vision through being an advocate for successful change

  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities by organically growing current business and identifying potential new sales and partnerships

  • Managing internal and external teams in matrix organization to ensure resources for flawless client delivery

  • Working on client engagements to build trusted, collaborative relationships and to identify and implement improvements to ensure continued success

Requirements

  • Residing local to and within a daily commute to Denver, Colorado or willing to relocate

  • Demonstrate a successful background managing large accounts

  • Possess Medicaid services account management experience

  • Demonstrates knowledge and applying use of TMSIS / Federal reporting components;

  • Transformed Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS)

  • Management and Administrative Reporting (MAR)

  • Experience with working in accounts with Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions and Analytics

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build successful and trusted relationships

  • Have experience in senior level sales, operations or technical management and healthcare systems

  • Have experience managing teams delivering services, including claims or other healthcare operations

  • Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to create and implement solutions in a fast-moving environment

  • Show knowledge of the principles of cost benefit analysis and have experience of profit and loss management

  • Have proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

  • Able to travel up to 25%

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range is $105,500-$137,500.
