Provide Finance Support to the IT organizations within the FP&A Department. Provides consolidated reviews of financial performance and projection of future performance based upon trends & other available information.

Role Responsibilities

  • Owner and preparer of the annual financial plans and quarterly forecast deliverables.

  • Performs month end, quarter end and year end close variance analysis for key executive management

  • Provides management with transparent, key financial data, trend information monthly as well as additional ad-hoc analysis on an as needed basis

  • Creates strong business partner relationships with key stakeholders/budget owners

  • Manages expenses such as on-premise & cloud hosting, network, multi-year sourced labor agreements, Software as a Service agreements, maintenance & support costs, capital investments and capitalized labor.

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to business partners to help them make informed business decisions

  • Business case tracking for multi-year projects

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of finance or accounting experience and/or business analysis experience

  • Highly proficient in Excel, Essbase, Oracle,

  • Excellent business partnering skills with focus on consulting and influencing mindset with demonstrated leadership ability

  • Excellent business judgement and self-starter capabilities with high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-past environment

  • Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success

  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully

Salary

The base salary range is $74,500-113,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies
