Job Description and Responsibilities EVRAZ North America is looking for an enthusiastic individual who excels in providing customer service to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role you will assist with the day-to-day operations of an office by doing tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, and operating the truck scale. Operate a truck scale to weigh materials brought in Direct customers/drivers to appropriate locations for unloading or loading Operate a rail scale to weigh railcars in and out of the yard, create applicable shipping documents Maintain an organized scale house and ensure all paperwork is up to date and is filed properly Organizing and maintaining office supplies and office equipment Mailing out scrap payments to suppliers Answering phone and directing calls. Data entry/maintain various spreadsheets Facilitating the creation of documents for shipping Zorba, Meatballs & Stainless containers Submit paperwork, invoices and photos for Zorba, Meatballs & Stainless container shipments Coverage for absences (sickness, vacation etc.) for scale operator/dispatch/scale ticket payment. Other admin duties as assigned Requirements A minimum of 1 years experience in the administration field High school diploma or equivalent Oracle experience is considered an asset Proficient in Microsoft office (excel) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, able to de-escalate situations and committed to ensuring a first-rate customer experience Able to work under pressure and, when shortfalls in service occur, immediately communicating/reaching out to supervisor and additional resources for help Must have excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills and be able to work on several projects simultaneously and take ownership of projects from start to finish; able to multitask, good attention to detail and be able to easily adapt to change Ability to work independently Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Compensation: $21.68 to $23.50 depending upon experience Vacancy post end date: August 28, 2024 Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits!
