About the Role The Sales Executive is responsible for the sales of Retiree Health Solutions. To include creating external demand in the market for opportunities and positions Alight to win the work. You will be responsible for the selling efforts with the client team and operate at all organization levels where the solution is purchased and influenced.

Responsibilities Achieving individual sales goal for Retiree Health Solutions and related products. Setting and executing the sales strategy for assigned territory. Leading the development of a sales plan targeting organizations where an opportunity is likely to exist. Working with actuarial teams at Alight to build a compelling business case that will be presented to the prospect to position and sell the value that Alight Retiree Health Solutions delivers. Collecting and communicate market intelligence on products/services and incorporate it into sales client planning process. Utilizing the lead generation team and sales support resources to maximize results during the selling process. Creating and delivering client proposals. Additionally, you will assist the team in finding innovative sales approaches. Seeking a candidate to oversee client-level cost of sale, manage expenses, and optimize sales costs. Providing input on pricing decisions striving to sell at the highest possible profit margin. Maximizing the use of sanctioned tools including but not limited to Salesforce.com.

Requirements 6-8 years direct selling experience with demonstrated sales success. To include large, complex Retiree Health solutions or Health and Welfare service administration sales. Exhibit excellent skills throughout all stages of a consultative selling process. This includes pipeline management, negotiation skills and the ability to close opportunities. Ability to sell value over price by providing deep insight about how the service will impact the client's business. Demonstrate broad content knowledge of retiree healthcare, Medicare, and public and private exchanges. Develop a thorough understanding of all Alight products and services and how retiree health solutions fit within the One Alight messaging. Able to build relationships at multiple levels in a potential client company. This includes C-suite, with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor to that organization. Maintain productive, internal relationships to leverage those resources when necessary. Able to manage multiple, complex sales processes at the same time. Providing excellent internal and external communication, including comprehensive listening and delivery of clear instructions and/or recommendations. Demonstrate the ability to be a role model, showing unwavering commitment to the team's success. They nee to be proactive in collaborating and sharing best practices. Experience in Project Management, Relationship Management, Team Leadership Bachelor's degree Able to travel regularly dependent on sales opportunities, minimum 30%.
