About the role: As a Sales Executive for TQL's Mexico division, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and selling our cross-border logistics services. We are looking for someone with direct business-to-business sales experience to build upon existing and new customer relationships.
What's in it for you:* Negotiable compensation package with uncapped quarterly bonus * Health, Dental, and Vision coverage to best fit your needs, including a plan that takes $0 out of your paycheck + 401(k) with company match * Unmatched potential for career advancement within TQL Global * We win wherever we go - Voted a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For (2023) and Forbes America's Best Employers (2022) What you'll be doing:* Manage a regional territory and identify Mexico business opportunities within existing customer base and prospective clients * Educate our sales floor, prospects, and existing customers on our cross-border services * Help resolve issues that need to be escalated beyond the sales team * Conduct account reviews with customers on performance, forecasts, and opportunities to implement value added international solutions * Collaborate with Mexico Sales Manager and Operations team on pricing to build solutions for customers * Attend carrier meetings and trade shows as appropriate * Communicate market trends and conditions to TQL senior management * As customer base grows, effectively manage existing customers and qualified prospects What you need:* Bachelor's Degree preferred * 2+ years of industry sales experience required * Fluent in Spanish and English * Ability to travel to and from Mexico * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * High sense of urgency with a results-oriented focus * Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills * Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities * On call, receiving calls from carriers, clients, prospects and LAEs 24/7/365 Where you'll be: 7600 E.
