You will report to the Manager of Territory Sales Execution while collaborating with multiple Autodesk teams and Channel Partners to support successful project execution. This full-time position is an onsite position where you will work in a team of three in our Downtown Denver office calling customers to help create a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Research records to identify customers who are not procurement ready

  • Daily Contact & Collaboration with teammates as well as Customers, Partners, Internal Autodesk Sales & Support using various forms of communication to ensure an excellent customer experience

  • Contact customers via phone, email, Outreach, LinkedIn, by using outbound techniques/technologies to help ensure customers are procurement ready

  • Educate customers about the benefits of Autodesk’s new buying experience

  • Document customer procurement readiness status and progress in Salesforce and report issues/escalations by logging tickets/cases with accurate information for escalation team to resolve

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years in Customer Support (individual contributor role) with experience in email, phone and live chat in a SaaS environment

  • You’re a team player and want to help customers

  • Have a collaborative and consultative work style with and elevated level of integrity and accountability

  • Experience juggling multiple things at once; customer interactions, using resources, supporting your peers, motivated to learn new things

  • Salesforce Experience

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $64,000 and $110,440. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
