Stryker Sales Education Associate Manager in Denver, Colorado

As a sales Education Associate Manager, you will be a highly specialized individual contributor dedicated to the Upper Extremities organization. In this role, you will develop, plan, and conduct training on techniques for selling the organization's products and/or services to sales representatives and reseller partners.

This position requires a 40% travel requirement within the US. If located in our Minnesota office, travel can be as low as 20%

What you will do:

  • Consistently incorporate product and procedural expertise into the educational curriculum

  • Benchmark education and training activities to determine best practices

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the competitive landscape

  • Understand the sales process and incorporate knowledge into sales education programs

  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials

  • Responsible for creating and helping deliver educational content, presentations, and education programs

  • Collaborate with broader Medical Education/ product marketing/sales enablement peers

  • Lead sales education program coordination/logistics and support content delivery

  • Play an active role in organizing and delivering in-class or virtual courses

  • Identify and analyze program metrics and feedback to identify the effectiveness of sales education

  • Contribute meaningful input into the strategic direction of sales education

  • Identity opportunities to decrease costs by evaluating the current program, processes

What you will need:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 6+ years of work experience required

Preferred

  • Experience with shoulder Anthroscopy

  • Experience in medical device sales

  • Experience in marketing of medical devices

  • Experience with Training or adult learning

  • Experience with product Launches

  • MBA preferred

$85,000 - $182,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
