Job Summary and Qualifications
As a HealthONE Division C.A.R.E. (Clinical Assets Resourcing Excellence) Float Pool Registered Nurse for Medical / Surgical / Telemetry units, you will be part of an amazing group of 7 Denver metro area hospitals that include: The Medical Center of Aurora, North Suburban Medical Center, Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, Rose Medical Center, Sky Ridge Medical Center and Swedish Medical Center.
The C.A.R.E. Float Pool RN will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes and communicate need for guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations. Promotes a positive image of nursing and promotes collegiality among healthcare team members.
C.A.R.E Pool RNs are required to work the following:
Weekly 3 – 12 hour shifts, weekend commitment, holiday requirement, and demographic location determined by the Seasonal Staffing Program criteria HealthONE C.A.R.E. Pool.
HealthONE C.A.R.E Pool employees will be required to float to 3-6 of the HealthONE facilities. You will work at one hospital in a 1-2 month block schedule.
What you will do in this role:
You will be part of an elite group of experienced nurses supporting staffing needs throughout the HealthONE Denver metro hospital system.
You will bring your expertise to the following specialty areas: Medical-Surgical-Telemetry.

What qualifications you will need:
Required to have a compact RN license or Colorado RN license accepted upon hire
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification
Graduate of a certified School of Nursing
Minimum of at least two years of RN experience in acute care in Medical/Surgical /Telemetry Units
