Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Research Analyst II to join the team at Denver, CO.

The Research Analyst II conducts comprehensive research, analyzes data, and provides insights to support decision-making and strategic planning. The Research Analyst II works closely with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. Analytical skills and attention to detail contribute to the success of the organization's research initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research on various topics, including market trends, industry analysis, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies; gathering data from multiple sources, including databases, reports, websites, and primary research; analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques; identifying key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings; developing reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate research findings to stakeholders; collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and decision-making processes; staying updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging research methodologies; assisting in the design and implementation of research projects, including survey development and data collection; and supporting the development and maintenance of research databases and knowledge repositories. The Research Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Proficient in conducting research using various sources, including databases, online platforms, and academic journals.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Experience/Education:

  • 4 years+ related experience required

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

  • Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis. Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis. Knowledge of data collection and survey design.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.

  • Maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.

  • Operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The projected compensation range for this position is $64,900-$108,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
