Mission Rock Residential Remote Marketing Coordinator- Temporary in Denver, Colorado
We are seeking a Temporary Marketing Coordinator to manage key logistics, provide support of creative projects, and help maintain the quality of Mission Rock’s portfolio-wide digital footprint. The Marketing Coordinator will represent and embrace an open-minded, engaged, collaborative, sales-oriented, and creative team-centric culture within the Marketing Department for the betterment and support of Mission Rock as a whole. #marketing

Scope of Responsibilities:
Coordinate marketing initiatives as determined by the Marketing Department, Property Brand Team, and Operations teams.
Create, review, and optimize marketing campaigns/collateral/property websites, as determined by the marketing strategies.
Create campaigns, including flyers and custom graphics, per requests and Director of Marketing.
Coordinate and complete projects generated in the company store or by request, and coordinate with appropriate parties to ensure timely completion and adherence to MRR standards.
Coordinate property photography orders, accordingly, including initiating contracts, maintaining MRR standards/expectations among vendors and team members, coordinate approvals, and implement updated photos.
Coordinate set-up and maintenance of customer engagement experiences through Mission Rock’s technology platforms, including CRM, Resident Portal, etc.
Manage marketing help desk; triage/troubleshoot, address, complete, and/or escalate tickets, as appropriate.
Aid in maintaining the quality and accuracy of the portfolio’s digital footprint, including regular audits, troubleshooting errors or issues, and coordinating new technology.
Coordinate user set-up and log-in information for marketing platforms.
Coordinate and manage day-to-day Social Media and resident engagement efforts, per Director of Marketing.
Set-up platforms, coordinate creation/revisions of digital assets, create start-up collateral, implement necessary integrations for websites, and assist with additional initiatives per the marketing strategy and the Director of Marketing for transitions/acquisitions/dispositions.
Facilitate responses to reviews, track/notify teams of missed feedback, and assist with Reputation Management initiatives, projects, calls, and reports per Marketing Manager.
Assist with various projects and requests related to property and corporate marketing goals and objectives.
Collaborate the optimization of property websites by coordinating revisions/enhancements as identified by market trends, marketing strategy changes, and global initiatives.
Demonstrate and maintain the highest quality of customer service to all customers (including prospects, residents, team members, vendor partners, and clients).
Actively engage in awareness and review of industry trends, marketing trends, and technology trends to continue to position Mission Rock and the marketing strategies as industry leaders.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics and ensure that they are communicated and implemented as appropriate.
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
Experience managing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Demonstrate a passion to enhance the customer experience.
Understanding of performance marketing, traffic analysis, and the sales process.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a team environment, and with other departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Budgeting and analysis skills.
Demonstrate an ability to collaborate virtually.
Education and Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a sales or leasing capacity, preferred.
Marketing experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in the property management industry.
