Facebook is hiring the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our Content Design - Product Leadership recruiting team. This team is responsible for hiring Manager and Director level talent for the Content Design function. In this role, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute across various business needs. You will lead a team of recruiters and sourcers to execute against robust hiring targets and work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive diverse, inclusive and scalable recruiting practices globally.

Required Skills:

  1. Onboarding and training new recruiters and sourcers

  2. Mentor and grow geographically dispersed recruiters to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the group

  3. Ensuring recruiters and/or sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics

  4. Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives

  5. Creating innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

  6. Partner with Facebook hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities

  7. Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies

  8. Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices

  9. Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions

  10. Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of User Experience and Content Strategy Leadership positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of recruiting experience

  2. 4+ years experience managing a team of recruiters and sourcers

  3. Experience developing junior and senior level team members

  4. Experience driving recruiting strategies

  5. Experience in identifying gaps in recruitment processes and methodologies while building out and driving project plans leading to increased hiring progress

  6. Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams

  7. Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Technical recruiting experience

  2. Experience leading technical recruiting teams

  3. Experience managing teams of 6+ direct reports
