Facebook is hiring the best technical minds around and we need the best recruiting minds to match our business needs. As a Recruiting Manager, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, business leaders and cross-functional partners to support hiring in our Leadership hiring pillars which spans across all of our technical pillars including but not limited to: Analytics (Data Science, Data Engineering), Product Design, Product Management, UX Research, Tech PM, Contend Design, Global Software Engineering (Machine Learning, AI, Mobile, CoreSWE), Mergers & Acquisition, Specialized Tech (Foundation, Enterprise, Security, Privacy, Data Centers, Production Engineering, Facebook Reality Labs, AR/VR). You will develop, drive, and execute on the recruiting strategies for our largest demand in Tech Leadership hiring. You will lead an organization of recruiting professionals. The successful leader will have built and developed diverse recruiting and sourcing teams at scale and across complex, dynamic businesses in a decentralized environment.By applying to this position, you are being considered for multiple like positions within our Talent Acquisition Team. Hiring team alignment will be determined following the interview process.

Required Skills:

  1. Onboarding and training new recruiters

  2. Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team

  3. Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices

  4. Ensuring recruiters and/or sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics

  5. Providing innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet FB business objectives

  6. Creating innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience

  7. Support and manage all aspects of team's searches including resourcing, forecasting, reporting and managing competing expectations

  8. Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions

  9. Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of recruiting positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply

  10. Drives diversity recruiting strategy and impacts results in support of broader teams

  11. Responsible for team, goals, delivery and people planning to meet both short-term and long-term goals

  12. Advise and drive client hiring strategy and process change when necessary

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of recruiting experience

  2. 4+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers

  3. Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams

  4. Experience providing a consultative recruiting approach with internal stakeholders

  5. Experience managing requisition-style searches and filling niche roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Executive hiring experience

  2. Experience managing teams of 8+ direct reports
