In this role you will be accountable for the project management of key strategic projects and initiatives for the North America Strategic Partnerships team. This position will lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of projects, including identifying goals, objectives and scope and creating a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines and resources required. This position will assist the strategic partnerships team and relevant functions to a project with proactive problem solving, solution identification and reaching milestones. This position will monitor/evaluate cross-functional project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, next steps and overall project progress and health. This position will be responsible to develop and coordinate all executive and external stakeholder read-outs and presentations including weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to senior leadership. This position will support the team by attending meetings to document and track action items and next steps, follow-up with team members and ensure deadlines are met for key deliverables for our largest strategic accounts. This position will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of training materials and other documents that outline the roles and responsibilities of the strategics team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of project documentation to be leveraged for executive reporting

  • Regular communication of project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment

  • Coordination and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, marketing, and operations to drive project execution and achieve desired outcomes

  • Establishment and maintenance relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, team members, vendors, and partners

  • Execution of post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement

  • Attend meetings to granularly track milestones, updates, and action items, assuring deadlines are met, and that any delays or risks are communicated in a timely manner

  • Development and maintenance of training materials and other documentation

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience managing business initiatives or projects in technology, retail, or financial services OR Minimum two years' experience in management/business/strategy consulting

  • Substantive understanding of project management

  • Good understanding of business principles and drivers of revenue and profitability

  • Proven ability to create executive level presentations.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional project teams.

  • Ability to create change through influence, foster teamwork and orchestrate teams; demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, ability to earn the trust of leadership and business partners

  • Strong customer-centric viewpoint while possessing knowledge of other business units for possible efficiencies

  • Advanced Microsoft skills

Salary

The salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year, total on-target earnings include a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
