Meta Program Manager, Talent Planning in Denver, Colorado

Summary:

This role will ensure we are aligning the career aspirations of individuals with the needs of Meta. Working with partners across the People@ team, this Program Manager will evolve our talent planning strategy, build a product to scale practices, and consult with HRBPs throughout the company implementing talent planning efforts in their orgs.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Talent Planning Responsibilities:

  1. Own the strategy for global talent planning, including talent agility, succession plan development, and talent reviews.

  2. Partner with our People Products function to create a solution that will scale talent planning practices and provide critical insights about our talent.

  3. Based on data and insights, develop and drive tactics to improve the current succession planning approach.

  4. Work with cross-functional partners (Learning & Development, Diversity, HRBPs, People Analytics) to analyze talent and succession data, track trends, identify insights, and recommend opportunities for action.

  5. Partner with HR teams to facilitate meaningful talent discussions and drive actions to support growth.

  6. Collaborate with the broader program team to educate Meta on our career philosophy, develop tools and resources needed in the career growth space, and provide consultative support to HRBPs.

  7. Communicate effectively with a broad set of stakeholders from People@ while sharing out learnings from programs, pilots, and events.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience facilitating discussions and creating presentations for executive audiences.

  2. Experience leading solutions from ideation to implementation and driving change for a fast-paced, complex, global organization.

  3. Experience generating creative ideas, prototyping, and developing plans to execute.

  4. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working autonomously.

  5. Experience synthesizing complex business needs into meaningful, relevant, and measurable solutions.

  6. Experience partnering, influencing, and building relationships across functions.

  7. 8+ years of work experience in HR program design, Talent Management or HR Consulting.

  2. BA/BS degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related discipline.
