Meta Program Manager, Risk Assessment Investigations in Denver, Colorado

Summary:

Our Risk Intelligence team seeks to establish holistic risk pictures of integrity gaps and vulnerabilities across Meta’s Family of Apps and Services, and influences stakeholders’ priorities to address risks to our users, communities and businesses. We conduct proactive and post-mortem investigations, which stress test and probe our internal systems in order to understand the root cause of each issue, and deliver action-oriented assessments with the end state of keeping our community safe. Through this work, we hope to build trust in communities and empower Meta to fulfill its mission by inspiring a culture of accountability and driving holistic solutions.We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to help shape Risk Intelligence’s Risk Assessment Investigations pillar. This person will help optimize current processes and implement new ones, drive operational efficiencies, and drive large scale initiatives/rollouts across the team. Our goal is to uncover and understand the systemic gaps across our products, policies, protocols, and enforcement mechanisms in the integrity space, and begin to incorporate and apply these findings in new ways, to include how regulatory changes are impacting integrity or where our customer support efforts are further challenged by our integrity gaps.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Risk Assessment Investigations Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate initiatives identified by the Risk Assessment leadership to drive towards cohesion in critical priorities and team infrastructure

  2. Drive operational excellence through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes and approaches to the business

  3. Build a Reporting/Communications model to actively communicate up/down/across around progress on strategic priorities and deliverables as well as change management context

  4. Support short and long term goal creation and road mapping efforts

  5. Communicate effectively, zooming in and out effortlessly based on audience ranging from Operations Subject Matter Experts to Executive Leadership

  6. Be a change agent by understanding organizational dynamics that influence adoption of process changes

  7. Cultivate relationships and drive collaboration on cross-functional initiatives

  8. Ruthlessly prioritize and maintain continuous alignment with your stakeholders

  9. Maintain accountability and produce high quality deliverables (for yourself and your project stakeholders)

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated experience managing communications to wide audiences on various mediums (e.g., project plans, presentations, analyses, etc.)

  2. Analytical and critical problem-solving experience in building scalable solutions

  3. Experience thriving in an agile and global environment, experience pivoting quickly and effectively while leading teams towards a common goal

  4. Organized, strategic thinker and fast-paced executor: experience bringing clarity to ambiguity with little oversight

  5. 8+ years of experience initiating and driving both short- and long-term projects to completion with minimal guidance

  6. Expertise to design, build, and improve scalable processes and systems that contribute to operational excellence

  7. 8+ years of experience in a role managing large-scale , complex projects and programs amongst competing priorities and timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP, Agile Certifications, Lean Six Sigma, and/or ITIL Certifications

  2. Experience in investigations, Trust & Safety, online operations, or consulting environments

  3. MBA or Graduate Degree

  4. Experience working in a large-scale, global operations team

  5. Experience developing frameworks and performing complex analyses (Excel or SQL) to guide strategy

  6. Experience leading initiatives involving large-scale organizational transformations
