Position Overview

We are looking for a program manager enthusiastic about independently driving and managing global rewards & investment programs. You will report to the Manager for the Global Channel Rewards & Investment Program, as part of this role. Together, you will collaborate with and influence a diverse range of team members across a variety of departments that manage our channel rewards budget, framework, systems, and partner business operations.

Your role is versatile, requiring review of program effectiveness, understand program goals, integration into broader organizational strategies, important dependencies, the detailed design of new programs, project management, communications, and governance process.

Location: United States, the role may be hybrid or remote.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall responsibility and subject matter expertise on current channel reward & investment programs

  • The responsibility includes programs that have material impacts on Autodesk and our Partners, it is therefore essential that the job is performed with due diligence including tracking of activities to be completed per agreed (or contractual) timelines, and that impacted teams are kept informed

  • Data analytics: Participate in rewards and investment design discussions, using data analysis to recommend appropriate actions

  • Ensure accuracy of contractual language and prepare communications on program changes

  • Develop and roll out training materials, build use cases for rewards & investment design, and manage the requirements submission process

  • Create process flow documentation, propose improvements, and participate in user acceptance testing

  • Maintain network, manage work stream calls, and lead other task forces. Keep the team project tracker updated

  • Attend calls during early mornings or late evenings due to the global nature of the role

  • Understand program details and contextualize them within the broader business environment, exploring complex scenarios and developing proposals validated by relevant teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program management, channel finance, channel strategy/program or similar experience, managing parallel projects, and managing important extended program team members. Experience with the channel business and finance is a huge plus

  • Advanced in data analytics, project management tools, and experience with financial and rewards/budgeting-related data analytics and tools like Power BI

  • Experience understanding the details of a program or initiative, which may include systems, data sets, and different business models. This consists of the ability to put the business requirement and program in a contractual context with the rest of our business (connect the dots) and an understanding of the important principles and practices

  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
