Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. Supervise a team of electro-mechanical and mechanical technicians. Establish and maintain a flexible, cross-trained workforce to support accurate completion requirements. Coordinate with upstream functions to ensure a sufficient backlog of jobs to maintain cell efficiency. Provide feedback to leadership and engineering teams for process improvements. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure optimal staffing levels and address workforce gaps. Supervise technician workmanship certifications and schedule vital training with internal and external trainers.
