This individual contributor role is part of the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team within the Product organization. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on critical reporting to promote transparency and efficiency across the organization. You will report to and be mentored by the Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations. Responsibilities include: Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance, including financial performance, product usage and adoption, and market research Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data and product ongoing product related reporting packages Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization, leading the design and implementation of these solutions Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness Required Qualifications BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration or related analytical field 2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a pl Experience using Excel to create reporting and conduct analyses Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations Strong organizational and project management skills Light to moderate travel may be required Salary Range: $105K - 125K In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
