In this detail-oriented role, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Employee Policy Manager to join our People Relations team. You will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and harmonization of employee policies across multiple locations and regions worldwide. Your expertise and strategic approach will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, driving consistency, and promoting best practices in employee policies to support our global workforce.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of global employee policies, ensuring alignment with local labor laws, regulations, and cultural considerations across all regions and countries of operations. We have employees in over 50 countries.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including employment law, regional HR leaders, and key stakeholders, to understand specific jurisdiction requirements and incorporate them into the policy framework.

  • Conduct thorough policy reviews, updates, and enhancements to address emerging trends, changes in legislation, and evolving business needs.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on employee policies, providing guidance and support to regional and global HR teams and leadership across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain a centralized policy repository, ensuring policies are easily accessible, up-to-date, and effectively communicated to employees at all levels.

  • Monitor policy compliance and effectiveness, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and legal developments related to employee policies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on policy matters that align with organizational goals and values.

Role Requirements

  • Education or equivalent skills are required, a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar global employee policy management role within a multinational organization, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of global employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute initiatives on a global scale.

  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in policy development and implementation.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Salary

The base salary range is $100,000 – $135,000 USD per year, total compensation package includes base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
