Operations Support Intern

Project Description:

• Working within the Project Management office, the ideal candidate with help provides key support for a variety of projects related, but not limited to, Data Analysis, Operations, Process Improvement, Change Management, Reporting and Metrics, and Business Case development. The successful candidate should be relatively comfortable with large data sets, building process flows, have good communication skills, and be ready to learn valuable professional skillsets.

• This will be a summer opportunity with the potential to extend into a school semester. The candidate should be able to work full-time during the summer. If the intern works during the school year, their hours should be part-time.

• May 2025 anticipated start date.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in technology, science, business, engineering or related field.

• Demonstrated knowledge and/or skills in Data Analysis

• Demonstrated Critical Thinking skills and abilities

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics and in a simplified and understandable manner.

• General Business Acumen

• Microsoft Xcel, Outlook, Teams

• Strong Communication Skills

• Ability to remain agile and innovative

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $17.80 to $23.90 per hour

This position is eligible for the following benefits: Pension, 401(k) plan, Paid time off (PTO), Holidays
