Summary:

Creative Experiences (Creative X) is a global, integrated creative agency that drives the creative vision for our brands and how they are perceived in the world. We develop all consumer brand content and experiences for the Facebook company, Facebook app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp. Our vision is fearless creativity that redefines social. While we lead our team to create innovative films, content, and experience across our own channels, we also guide our lead agencies in the creation of content for TV, Print and OOH. This ensures a consistent and strong creative narrative for work that reaches an audience across the globe due to the scale of our apps. We are looking for an Operations Manager to run our Awards Show and Partnership programs. This person will work cross-functionally to develop case studies and submissions for all creative awards within our industry. They will work alongside our internal teams (Creative Directors, Executive Producers, Program Managers) to align on strategy for each submission and manage the projects from brief to delivery, inclusive of budget and timelines. They will also act as the POC for all team communications (including monthly All Hands, team events, etc) and act as an ambassador for all Partnership programs. The successful candidate is a problem solver and clear communicator with experience working across creative and business functions. We are looking for a detail-oriented strategic operator, who excels in project management and budgets to help us track, report and scale our programs. This individual should be deeply passionate about creative, design, execution and setting a creative team up for success. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the creative awards landscape and have a passion for crafting award winning case study storytelling.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage the overall awards show and partnership programs

  2. Create and maintain an annual global awards calendar including keeping on top of new creative award programs and changes to existing awards

  3. Drive case study development for all campaign work coming out of the agency for award show submissions

  4. Manage a yearly budget for all awards show fees/programs

  5. Develop timelines and templates for each entry with clear tracking and reporting to ensure continuity from brief to delivery

  6. Develop and maintain relationships with award organizers and key contacts

  7. Develop monthly reports highlighting the progress of each work stream with clear data tracking against goals

  8. Build and maintain relationships with leadership and pillar leads

  9. Run monthly “All Hands” meetings including the preparation, gathering and MC of the event

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years professional experience in Creative Agency or Marketing organizations

  2. Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets - building and maintaining budgets for individual projects

  3. Experience in Project Management tools such as Monday, Asana and/or Workfront

  4. Experience building out production schedules/deadlines and approval trackers

  5. Experience working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment

  6. Organizational and people skills, with experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and working in a rapidly changing environment

  7. Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented

  8. Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
