UCHealth Manager Revenue Integrity in Denver, Colorado

Manager Revenue Integrity

This is a full-time, exempt/salary positon on UCHealth’s Revenue Integrity based in Denver CO. This may be a work-from-home opportunity but you must reside in Colorado. Manages a professional team to monitor, review, plan, implement and report various revenue management strategies to ensure accurate and optimal revenue capture across the enterprise.

Job Duties

• Develops and maintains programs that prospectively audits charge capture practices in the clinical departments, including but not limited to: charge preference lists, modifiers, and CPT code sets. Provides education to staff responsible for charge capture and coordinates charge capture tool improvements.

• Utilizes standard, or develops new, reports to proactively monitor departmental metrics and identify revenue capture issues. Works with regional finance teams to troubleshoot actual vs. expected revenue variances.

• Proactively identifies issues through ongoing monitoring of departmental metrics and/or through routine meetings with key operational managers within Revenue Cycle. Perform root cause analysis and provide expert and creative solutions.

• Develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with revenue producing departments, information systems personnel, finance, compliance, and revenue cycle teams.

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.


• Bachelor's degree. 5 years' related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree

• 2 years' supervisory/management experience


• Epic certification in a clinical or billing application

The pay range for this position is: $35.74 - $57.19 / hour . Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
