What will you do?
A day in the life of a Manager of People Communications at VF looks a little like this.
You will be responsible for supporting effective communication strategies to enhance employee engagement, promote company culture, and ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization. This role requires an organized thinker with excellent writing skills, a deep understanding of People practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Develop, manage and implement HR communications and be responsible for HR Content on Unily, our intranet platform
Manage and update the People section of the company intranet, ensuring content is current and relevant.
Translate complex HR content into understandable and actionable communications.
Manage HR and leadership communications calendar for People team.
Work closely with key People team leaders including Total Rewards, Performance Management, Talent Management and Performance Development, Employee Listening, Health & Safety, Workplace Environments and projects assigned.
Create, edit, and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, digital monitors, and other channels.
Support Global Town Hall Meetings and other leadership events
Provide communication support for People programs and initiatives, including benefits enrollment, performance management, and training and development.
Using communication metrics to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to People leadership on communication best practices and strategies.
Trusted partner with confidential information.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in People communications.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, you will bring a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in People communications or a related role.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.
Experience with intranet management and content creation.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Location requirement: Hybrid work environment with expectation of 3 days in the office (Denver, CO). This role will require less than 10% travel time

Hiring Range :
$86,400.00 USD - $108,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
