WPS Health Solutions Manager Of Quality Engineering in Denver, Colorado

This manager will be a strategic partner to our Director of Engineering Services & Emerging Technology, shaping our Quality Engineering (QE) solutions across QE Governance, Test Automation, Performance Engineering and Test Data Management.

Our Engineering Solutions team includes both software engineering and quality engineering teams with the goal of delivering high quality technology solutions cheaper and faster. Implement effective software, quality and testing engineering processes and policies that deliver business value and drive business outcomes. They provide technical and architectural direction for the development, design, integration, testing and maintenance of various application platforms. How do I know this opportunity is right for me? Have in-depth knowledge and experience with the following: IT contract negotiation, assessments, RFPs and their likely cost implications. Engagement with procurement and legal contract advisors. Minimum Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions. Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience. 5 or more years of related work and/or leadership experience. Experience leading Quality Assurance/Engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications 10 or more years of demonstrated development experience with an emphasis on QA and QE automation. 5 or more years in a leadership role or proven leadership ability. Experience with multiple Quality Engineering platforms and methodologies. Experience with tools such as: Selenium, ADO, Cucumber, LoadRunner Neo Load, JMeter, Informatica. Automation, Performance and Test Data Management experience involving transactions, such as electronic interfaces, data transactions between system and complex administrative operations. Experience working in a highly regulated government environment. Experience using modern data and analytics software. Experience with software quality, testing and reliability. Experience in data management and analytics domains (e.g., data management, business intelligence development, advanced analytics, metadata management, Big Data development). Extensive understanding of data and analytical frameworks in digital health. Experience in planning and overseeing a budget. Working knowledge of the agile/scrum process. Salary Range $135,000 $160,000
