The Recruiting Operations team focuses on strategic initiatives to optimize the productivity of Facebook’s Global recruiting organization. We combine deep expertise in recruiting with operational and analytical skills to design and manage scalable support processes and workflows. We work closely with our cross-functional partners, leveraging the data and insights we are uniquely positioned to gather, to enable Facebook’s businesses to thrive. The goal of this role is to drive the building and adoption of knowledge management infrastructure to increase the productivity, flexibility, and acumen of recruiting. Specifically, you will be responsible for helping refresh our knowledge management strategy for capturing, organizing and developing information, knowledge and stories from across our entire org and growing community knowledge through efficient operations and service excellence. You’d also help determine KM taxonomies and work within them to facilitate useful search functionality based on the internal tools we use. Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable knowledge management best practices and processes for continual process improvement.

Required Skills:

  1. Assess, develop, re-fresh and implement our global knowledge management strategy and processes across Recruiting that allows for sharing, accessing and maintenance of knowledge across the organization while meeting requirements for specific regions and functions

  2. Lead partnerships with recruiting leadership and other internal groups to lead or contribute to large-scale, global strategic recruiting projects as well as solve ongoing operational and support problems at scale

  3. Build, maintain, and scale processes and knowledge resources that capture unmet support and/or documentation needs, translating and surfacing insights into recommendations for the recruiting team

  4. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and/or projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders on their current operations

  5. Share feedback, challenges, roadblocks, and insights effectively and concisely to appropriate audiences

  6. Identify and track success metrics related to knowledge and enablement by utilizing data to identify development areas and improvements

  7. Call out Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, and key initiatives as related to knowledge management

  8. Be the first point of contact for recruiting seeking support, advice, training, information, guidance around knowledge management, and approaches to effectively communicate priorities to recruiting

  9. Build guides and documentation related to recruiting operations, such as assisting with video tutorials or quick reference guide collateral, promoting a culture of organizational learning and sharing across teams

  10. Connect people with the information they need to know to do their job, enhancing navigation and search capabilities of our knowledge base

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of project or program management experience in change, learning and development, communications, or operations

  2. Experience developing knowledge management systems and building organizational learning

  3. Interpersonal and communication skills with experience updating/editing policy and reports, and creative storytelling

  4. Communication skills with working knowledge of HTML

  5. Experience using multimedia and graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Canva, Sketch)

  6. Experience learning new concepts, workflows, processes, and products, translating them into digestible content across Recruiting

  7. Track record of operating independently, solving problems creatively, and delivering results in an organized manner

  8. Experience working collaboratively across a wide variety of functions to drive effective outcomes

  9. Experience working on a team with ambiguity and changing responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience executing independently on both the strategic and operational level

  2. Experience with business process management, workflow, and life-cycle management

  3. Experience working with people operations or recruiting

  4. Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures

  5. Experience with web design
