Job Description Summary
This position services as an expert technical and industry resource to management, clients and development staff in new uses of information technology and in all phases of major system and subsystem development. Provides consultation on internal and industry IT technical and business process capabilities including leadership in the identification and recommendation of new IT opportunities. Formulates, contributes to, and directs task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for research, prototype, and proof-of-concept IT activities. Directs and participates in software/hardware releases and installation tasks.
Job Description
Fully remote
Performs basic planning, facilitate prioritization and oversees delivery of features and/or enhancements that meets client expectations (scope, schedule, costs, risks).
Brings high visibility and transparency into the team’s progress.
Develops communication management plans, performs stakeholders analysis, identifies risks and take necessary actions including escalation.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of information systems.
Agile:
Runs projects/activities using lean/agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban etc.
Demonstrates servant leader qualities for leading the team.
Empowers the team to be self-organizing.
Measures and reports progress frequently using agile metrics.
Demonstrates knowledge in Agile Requirements Gathering methods, Story identification, breakdown and estimation techniques.
Conducts coordinating practices in Agile methods such as Release Planning, Iteration Planning, Grooming etc.
Traditional:
Assists in developing and maintaining project charter, detailing project plans, weekly status updates and providing problem resolution.
Manages schedules and assignments of project members within a matrix structure
Responsibilities
3+ years of programming experience.
Strong working knowledge of modern programming languages including JavaScript, Java, Swift etc.
Critical thinker.
Demonstrated problem solving techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $72,130.00 - $115,410.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
