Location: Open to all Eide Bailly Office Location in the US Preferred Markets: Fargo, ND, Minneapolis, MN, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT
Work Arrangement: Hybrid A Day in the Life The Industry Administrative Assistant will work with our Industry Leaders and Regional Industry Leaders supporting a wide range of complex and confidential administrative, operational, and governance support tasks for Firm Executives to ensure operations flow smoothly. Responsibilities may include: Coordinating industry meetings, executive committee meetings, regional meetings, meeting speakers and other industry-related meetings including but not limited to scheduling, providing meeting notes and actively participating; ensures follow-up on open discussion points. Maintaining industry communication, rosters, distribution groups, content, and meeting attendees. Working to ensure the Firm's industry reporting data is accurate, including working with large databases of client data and helping to properly identify clients in each industry. Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure industry business development objectives are being met. Maintaining calendars and individual to-do lists. Gathering industry data from the Firm's practice management system and ensures updates to client data are handled timely. Monitoring executive's e-mail and determining level of priority; drafts responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, agendas, PowerPoints, and other complex and legal documents. Handling confidential and non-routine information. Preparing Industry Leaders' expense reports. Ensuring timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintaining compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. This position is very meeting heavy, you are required to attend, record, and share meeting notes for all meetings. Your input is highly valued. Who You Are You have an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. You have 5+ years of experience in administrative support at the executive level required. You have experience working in a professional service or accounting firm preferred. You have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills. You have well-rounded knowledge of practice management systems. You can work independently with minimal supervision. You can communicate clearly verbally and in writing. You can handle high-level, high-volume work. You can be proactive and prepare for meetings in a timely manner. You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects. You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and using various internal software. This position requires prolonged standing and sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching, and the ability to lift 20 lbs. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation
$20-$30/hour Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
