Mount Saint Vincent In Home Therapist Supervisor in DENVER, Colorado

Under the direction of clinical leadership, the In-home Supervisor is responsible for supervising clinical and administrative tasks for the program.

Scope

Promotes mission, vision, tenets and values of Mount Saint Vincent, and abides by service behavior standards.

-Under direction of the Clinical Manager is responsible for the direct clinical oversight of the in-home therapy program, including monitoring of identified key performance indicators. Maintains knowledge regarding practice standards, regulations, agency processes and policies. -Assures complete and accurate clinical records in compliance with all regulatory agencies. -Coordinates and performs onboarding and orientation for new team members. Establishes clear performance expectations for roles that differentiate levels of performance and hold supervisee accountable to those expectations. -Performs supervisory responsibilities per agency and regulatory requirements. -Provides direct care as assigned and completes accurate and prompt documentation in accordance with professional standards, agency and regulatory guidelines. -Participates in on-call coverage as required. Reports grievances and complaints made by patients, families, referral sources and other health care professionals. -Reports allegations of client abuse, neglect and/or misappropriation of client property. -Performs other duties as assigned. -May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, behavioral health, social work, or a related field is required.

Licensure as a psychologist (LP), professional counselor (LPC) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is required at time of hire. Currently licensed in good standing required

Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) course completion card from the American Heart Association, required

Valid State of Colorado Drivers License is required at time of hire

3 years of related experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous supervisory/management experience, preferred

Physical Requirements:

Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching
