In this crucial role you will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, end to end design and delivery of product portfolio. Responsible for managing product offerings including value proposition, design, customer journeys, features, functionality. Drive product roadmap by working with Business Intelligence, business units and regions to generate understanding and expert knowledge of specific market. Responsible for generating concepts and architecting product roadmaps relevant to the assign to design and launch product features. In doing so, develop key end product requirements, including product concepts, market analysis, business cases, product specifications, development, testing, and launch plans. Manage the end-to-end process of build, execute, and own the entire process and delivery of our products in close partnership with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Business.
You will need at least 5+ years of hands on product management in consumer facing high transaction digital technology channels will be required for this role. You must be able to work independently to sell your vision across all levels and demonstrate your capabilities when it comes to evaluating the current market and interpreting its conditions. Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also required.

Annual base salary gross: $162,061-220,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
