In this crucial role you will lead cross functional teams of product owners, product testers, and product delivery leads to define and deliver payout services (payments) to consumers. You will define the overall product solution and expansion roadmap for the account payout network which includes product planning, product definition (features, customer experience) and overall delivery to customers. You’ll establish overall product standards to be competitive in market. You will expand the organization's conceptual ideas into new product offerings and features to customers for payouts. You will review market research, business intelligence, competitive data, and customer feedback. You will prioritize market expansion opportunities, product features and customer experience enhancements to define the payout product roadmap to drive future growth for the product. You’ll partner with business development to define key product needs and select partners for payout network expansion. You’ll take conceptual ideas from the organization and define end to end solutions incorporating customer experience, operations, back-office processes and develop into a working product.
You will motivate and lead the global payout product team of product owners, product testers and product delivery leads through proactive performance management and on-going measurement against product team goals & objectives. You will lead the overall end to end delivery cycle including planning, business requirements / user stories, sprint planning, release planning, testing, and production launch to consumers. You’ll define process mapping & requirements across all key workstreams (point of sale, core processing, bank integration, settlement, compliance, bank reconciliation). You will provide coaching and development opportunities to delivery team for career growth.
For such a role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems or related field along with 10+ years of experience. You will be a self-starter who can simultaneously manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects and deliver outstanding results. You’ll be an inspirational leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization and establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners. You must have demonstrated leadership experience in a complex business. You will be tough-minded but able to be flexible when the situation demands it, able to think on your feet, ability to engage in critical discussion without personalizing outcomes. You will be tenacious and resourceful problem solver with deep analytics skills.

The annual gross base salary range is $138,901.00 -$231,502.00 USD. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
