You will lead strategy development, strategic roadmap, revenue plan, growth delivery, product strategy definition, competitive and market assessment and ongoing intelligence, marketing, and pricing strategy for 1-3 Western Union product(s) as assigned. You will be responsible for financial (revenue, cost, margin) outcomes for products identified. You will leverage significant external insights to inform product strategy, including competitive assessment. You will drive product-specific marketing and pricing strategy, including leading any market tests. You will participate in assessing strategic product alternatives, including investing, acquisition, partnership, and divesture of the product(s). You will work cross-functionally with leaders from platform product and technology, legal, compliance, agent network, partnerships, marketing, pricing and others to enable competitive products in the market, deliver a seamless customer experience, and contribute to overall Western Union results.
For such a critical role, you will have 3-5 years of direct product management leadership experience (including product pricing and marketing) , and strong product finance competencies. You will have demonstrated experience in leading market or competitive intelligence in a product capacity. You will have a strong skillset in influencing senior leaders, leadership/people management, driving consensus, and complex cross-functional stakeholder management—including a minimum of 3 -5 years of people management experience.

The on-target earnings range for Colorado is $180,888. - $ 252,000. which includes a base salary of $129,206 - $ 180,000 short-term (20 % of base), and long-term (20 % of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
