Relentless pursuit of better

In this role you will build out cloud-based solution designs, infrastructure, network, and real-time payment processing capabilities for Western Union Digital Bank and wallets around the world. You will oversee the IT support team in managing outages, intermittent issues, small enhancements, security patches, and the build-out of incremental banking products. You will also partner with the local regional teams to support local regulatory reporting, product customizations and provide 24/7 support for the digital bank and wallet IT operations.

For this important role, you have 10 or more years of experience building business-critical products and launching them in the market. You have demonstrated success delivering results while driving alignment across stakeholder groups, tracking progress, facilitating, and expediting problem-solving, and ensuring delivery of planned results. You have proven leadership skills, managing cross-functional teams to motivate and drive results across a large indirect sphere of influence & think outside the box.

You have experience in building revenue streams through banking products, cards, lending, and customer cross-selling. You feel comfortable running and operating L1, L2, and L3 IT support models, as well as setting up and running retail banking IT systems & networks across multiple countries. You will have the ability to synthesize customer inputs and translate them into actionable initiatives that drive value for the company and execute strategic plans across the organization.

The on-target earnings range is $199,360-332,267, which includes a base salary of $142,400-237,334, short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
