Relentless pursuit of better

While developing and leading the global go-to-market strategy for Western Union’s Digital Bank, you will support the Digital Banking roll-out and orchestrate our approach to marketing, messaging, pricing, customer experience. You will develop strategies and tactics to ensure achievement of Digital Banking/wallets key performance indicators. Constantly, you will collaborate with country leaders to develop country-level strategies that align with our global approach. You will also partner with the Global Digital Banking Leader and the Global Marketing Leader to establish our overall marketing strategy for our digital banking products.

For this important role, you have at least 10 years of experience developing and leading Go-to-Market strategies for FinTech’s and growth companies with direct-to-consumer lifecycle responsibilities including email, in-app, push, and SMS driving new member onboarding and retention activities at scale. You possess analytical thinking with experience using multiple testing methodologies, and the ability to think strategically with expertise driving cross-functional roles and managing multiple levels. You have ample experience working with creative agencies and/or internal creative studios in developing marketing assets. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and executive presence with experience presenting channel strategy and campaign results to cross-functional partners and executive leadership.

The on-target earnings range is $208,461-347,436, which includes a base salary of $148,901-248,169, short-term (20% of base), and long-term (20% of base) incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, flexible time off, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
