Description
The Banking and Financial Services division in the Denver office is looking to hire an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions. Candidates must have drafting and negotiating skills and significant experience with credit agreements, security agreements, other collateral documents, and closing documentation. High level of academic achievement and law firm experience is required. Ability and desire to work as part of a team is essential. Stinson's commercial lending practice focuses primarily on representing commercial banks, Farm Credit System institutions, community banks, private equity sponsors, family offices and other nontraditional lenders, as well as public and private companies, in all aspects of financing transactio An active license in Colorado or the ability to waive in to practice is required. Exceptional academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.
