The Field Service Trainer position for North American (NA) Field Service is responsible for developing and leading technical service-based learning programs on standard work, territory management, revenue growth through contracts and customer sales leads, following safe work practices as well as onboarding new Field Service Technicians. This position is also responsible for the facilitation of Field Service compliance standards supporting relevant ISO requirements, and internal standard work required to meet business and customer delivery objectives.

Our ideal Field Service Trainer will

Do this ….

  • Collaborate with Field Service Managers and provide feedback for CSE growth & development

  • Deliver new hire training class on Videojet’s policies & procedures along with standard work

  • Facilitate new Field Service associate on-boarding activities

  • Develop and maintain instrument standard work documentation aligned with field service responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Field Service process management standard work aligned with field service responsibilities

  • Competency with virtual delivery tools (Teams, video, distance, video design)

  • Team member for the creation of new training programs or special projects

  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent domestically for program delivery

  • Provide on-site technical customer support and Field staff training as required

  • Analyze and report on business metrics tied to training and compliance programs

  • Virtual coaching and mentoring to improve performance and productivity

Bonus points for experience with …

  • Curriculum design and classroom facilitation experience is a plus

Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:

  • Specific knowledge of internal operational processes and Veralto Enterprise Systems

  • Ability to guide associates and customers patiently and efficiently through technical procedures, resolving product application problems

  • Ability to work comfortably with senior leadership

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong business writing skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance

  • Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility and adaptability when presented with shifting priorities and deadlines

Education and/or Background Experience will have:

  • High school diploma required. Associates/ Technical degree preferred or combination of education and experience

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
