Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Hourly starting pay: $27.73/hr Responsibilities Provide detailed estimates to our customers in a timely manner. Follow up on estimates and provide feedback concerning market pricing levels. Achieve acceptable sales and margin levels. Monitor actual vs. estimated costs and work with estimating supervisor to adjust standards accordingly. Process quotes to orders when awarded. Coordinate, schedule and provide door fabrication sheets to the production dept. Maintain broad knowledge of clients, and products Document customer interactions Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, report customer feedback to the team. Answer multi-line telephone in a professional Order Entry/Edit/Processing- customer orders & purchase Creating FAB folders for custom doors orders for FAB Communication and assisting on customer accounts with TCSS (TX Credit Services) Work with Production Manager for office and Warehouse And other duties as necessary Requirements: Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job. Ability to read, interpret, & understand architectural drawings and specifications and provide detailed take offs and estimates that incorporate different building envelope solutions. Experience using electronic estimating tools, including estimating software, on-screen take-off tools and Excel spread sheets. Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision. Must be able to communicate effectively & conduct themselves professionally, excellent written & verbal communication skills. Demonstrate critical thinking and independent thinking skills to anticipate and resolve issues. Utilizes strong time management and organizational skills to successfully multi- task.
