LRE Water Deltek/Vantagepoint System Administrator - Spheros in Denver, Colorado

Spheros Environmental is seeking a skilled and proactive Deltek/Vantagepoint System Administrator to join our dynamic IT Team. The Deltek System Administrator will maintain the effective use of our Deltek Vantagepoint ERP System. The successful candidate will be responsible for system maintenance which includes but is not limited to troubleshooting issues and applying fixes, upgrading versions, system configuration and testing, new feature implementation, and ensuring system performance expectations are met. This position will reside in IT and work closely with Accounting and Operations. About Spheros Environmental Group: Today's world is changing rapidly. Lead administration, maintenance, and optimization of Deltek Vantagepoint (user management, security configuration, system updates, workflow, etc.) Track Vantagepoint updates and implement internally with appropriate timing. Support additional application implementations, key processes, application integrations, and change management initiatives. Continuously monitor system performance and develop/maintain internal processes. Perform system process testing and QA duties for implementation and enhancements. Serve as a key leveraged support role for the Accounting Team, bridging the knowledge gap between the technical resources of Vantagepoint (internal and external) and the accounting and reporting functions. Serve as the company's liaison with Deltek and related consultants. Collaborate regularly with leadership for the firm's functional areas and explore how to best leverage the system, provide recommendations on system improvements, new release items, and user defined enhancements. Support end-users in the day-to-day applications of the system by discussing and resolving problems (troubleshooting) in a timely manner. Create workflows to facilitate required functionality in the system. Develop tools for KPI monitoring and tracking, including dashboards and reports. Assume special projects and duties as assigned or requested. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Accounting. Minimum of 4 years experience working with Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision. Previously worked in accounting roles, or possess a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts. Experience making the transition from Deltek Vision to Deltek Vantagepoint. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated Experience manipulating data for import and report building Microsoft Office 365: Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams Power BI or Tableau experience Experience working within an architecture, engineering or construction setting. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Is aware of, responds to, and considers the needs, feelings, and capabilities of others; deals effectively with others in both favorable and unfavorable situations regardless of their status or position. Total Compensation: The starting salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000/annually depending upon years of experience and education. Pay is negotiable for a higher level of experience. LRE Water reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted salary range depending on experience. LRE Water also distributes bonuses and 401(k) contributions based on annual company profitability. Employer paid benefits increase total compensation by approximately 20%. Additionally, LRE Water supports training and professional development activities for all staff and offers discretionary bonus opportunities as recognition for performance, earning a professional credential, speaking engagements or publication. Flexible/Hybrid Work Options: While this position offers remote flexibility, our preference is for candidates who are based in the Denver area to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration and meetings.

Travel Requirements Although rare, some travel opportunities may be available to visit satellite offices across the United States.
