Meta Corporate Marketing Lead, Kustomer in Denver, Colorado

As a SaaS solution, Kustomer enables fast, personalized, and efficient customer and agent experiences using complete customer visibility, seamless omni-channel conversations, intelligent automation and easy, no-code customization to adapt to change.The Corporate Marketing Lead at Kustomer will be responsible for working with Marketing leadership and agencies to define the Kustomer brand and share the Kustomer story globally. This role will successfully promote the company using brand awareness initiatives, PR and communications programs within key target markets in North America, EMEA, LATAM, etc. To succeed in this role, you should be a confident communicator and organized project manager with proven experience in brand strategy, corporate communications and performance branding. You must also be a driven and engaged corporate marketing professional with both agency and client-side experience. You should have a successful track record with a recognizable B2B SaaS brand, global communications and brand strategy.

Required Skills:

Corporate Marketing Lead, Kustomer Responsibilities:

  1. Work with Marketing leadership and agencies to develop and execute brand strategy, messaging and campaigns, resulting in consistent branding, messaging, positioning and brand awareness globally.

  2. Manage corporate communications including executive communications, messaging, PR and internal communications.

  3. Oversee corporate event strategy and execution for conferences and industry events, and support internal events.

  4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure an authentic and optimized experience across every channel and a seamless brand experience.

  5. Drive and maintain a cohesive communications strategy with key agency and internal partners.

  6. Oversee media and public relations efforts to include management and optimization of PR agency relationship, development of press releases/bylines and acquisition materials.

  7. Partner with leaders across the company to ensure corporate and internal communications are in lockstep with other initiatives and timing.

  8. Support Kustomer leaders in select thought leadership and publication opportunities.

  9. Work with internal creative team and agencies to evolve brand creative and develop assets/best practices for use in Marketing, our Partner co-marketing, on our properties and across the organization (branded systems, templates, signatures, graphics, animations, video, audio).

  10. Work with agencies to deliver brand marketing and advertising campaigns across digital, audio, print, OOH, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in brand strategy, strategic thinking, framing, and data and reporting

  2. Experience collaborating with PR & Communications to align marketing calendar across owned and earned channels

  3. 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing, PR or communications in the B2B SaaS industry

  4. Proven track record of building and executing marketing plans in a fast-moving tech environment

  5. Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B communications and/or brand campaigns

  6. Experience on both the agency and client side of public relations or brand marketing

  7. Analytically minded, with experience defining and delivering KPIs and key insights to show ROI for brand initiatives

  8. Coordinate across many teams and perform using creative problem-solving skills

  9. Experience bringing campaigns to life, leading the development of exciting awareness and brand marketing campaigns that influence buyers

  10. Proven experience in storytelling with creative sensibilities across a variety of channels and media. Experience working in international, distributed teams and partnering with external agencies/contractors

  4. Eye for detail and a interest for high impact creative and design. History of successfully producing corporate events to drive awareness and demand generation

  5. Experience working with multi-division public organizations with separate target audiences for each business unit

  6. Experience in an area of customer experience, marketing or contact center software

  7. Fluent in brand project management process and experience leading campaigns
