A Contract Manager is needed for a utility holding company in the Denver, CO area. The Capital Projects Procurement Manager develops and implements sourcing strategies for EPC and construction contracts, negotiates terms, manages risk and contract performance, and ensures alignment with business objectives to achieve cost savings and successful project outcomes.

responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for EPC, engineered equipment, and construction services contracts.

• Align strategies with business stakeholder priorities.

• Execute contracting and procurement strategies for high-value, complex goods and services.

• Develop should-cost models and project justifications.

• Define technical bid requirements, specifications, and terms & conditions.

• Create and manage project plans for sourcing goods and services.

• Integrate sourcing plans with business project plans to standardize technology and equipment specifications.

Skills:

• Expertise in procurement, contract negotiation, and risk management.

• Experience with high-value, complex capital projects and EPC contracts.

• Proficiency in cost modeling, bid evaluation, and supplier management.

• strong project management skills and ability to align with stakeholder priorities.
