Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the construction industry to find a Accounting Manager. This is a full time, permanent position in Cherry Creek. It is hybrid, and is paying $90-115k. Additional information and job requirements are below. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project accounting in the construction industry

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards

• Lead initiatives for process improvement and efficiency within the accounting department

• Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to enhance performance

• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning

• Utilize accounting software systems such as Yardi or NetSuite for effective management of accounts

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions

• Conduct auditing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Manage billing functions and ensure timely and accurate invoicing

• Leverage knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree

• 5+ years in construction accounting, including

• Experience managing Draws (hands on)

• Intercompany / complex structures experience

• Supervisory experience

• NetSuite
