Position: Analyst/Senior Analyst, Compliance Investigations Team (iTeam)

Overview: The Compliance Investigations Team (iTeam) is responsible for investigating reports of potential compliance violations, conducting thorough inquiries, recommending appropriate corrective action, and using data and metrics to inform training, communications and trend analysis.

Role Summary: The Analyst/Senior Analyst will report to the iTeam Director and collaborate closely within the Compliance Department and with other team members throughout the organization. Primary responsibilities will include oversight of the company's compliance hotline as well as managing other reporting intake sources and acting as the first point of contact on reports of potential compliance issues. This position works closely with various business partners and manages the intake, creation, and triage of reported concerns. The role will be responsible for understanding and identifying compliance related matters and ensuring that cases are documented, referred and addressed appropriately. Additionally, you will assist with compliance exit interviews and other special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and managing compliance hotline (40%): Oversee the company's compliance hotline and other intake methods. Receive, evaluate, and assign reports of potential compliance violations. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Compliance matter assessment (40%): Identify and address potential compliance issues. Provide guidance and education to teammates and business partners on compliance related concerns. Assess and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risk. Communication and collaboration with business partners (10%): Work closely with internal stakeholders such as legal, human resources, privacy and other departments to address compliance concerns. Provide guidance and support to ensure business practices align with compliance policy and regulatory requirements. Special projects and other duties as assigned (5%): Support team Director and Investigators in various aspects of the investigation function including but not limited to fact finding, reviewing compliance exit questionnaire responses and assisting with ad hoc audit and monitoring activities. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and / or relevant work experience required. 2-4 years of professional experience; compliance and/or health care experience preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement resolutions promptly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing projects and delegating tasks as appropriate. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in compliance and/or health care industries. Experience working with NAVEX and EthicsPoint systems preferred. Working Conditions: Hybrid schedule, Tuesday and Wednesdays in office during core hours (8am-5pm) required and additional days as needed for meetings, trainings and events. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. This role may require occasional travel for meetings and audits.
