Robert Half is partnering with a growing law firm in downtown Denver to hire a full time Legal Billing Specialist. This is a great opportunity for an experienced legal billing to join a growing company with competitive pay, hybrid work schedule (3 days WFH, 2 days in the office) and great benefits!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistance to produce accurate and timely client billing.

• Reconcile expense transactions.

• Oversee Client E-bill process.

• Respond to client billing questions and resolve any concerns.

• Expand your accounting skill set through cross-training to support your team members on various accounting functions.

  Requirements

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working in billing/producing invoices at a law firm or similar environment like architect, engineering, construction, CPA firm, etc.

• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
