Aviation Project Engineer We have a career opportunity for an Aviation Project Engineer to join our growing aviation group in our Colorado division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience and hold a PE. The candidate must also have experience designing and managing aviation projects. This individual will be developing plans, specifications, and estimates for airport agencies and private clients. Location This position will work out of our Denver office on a hybrid schedule. The Impact You Will Have Design responsibility for elements such as pavement, drainage, utilities, lighting/NAVAIDS Responsible for project design calculation files, ensuring adequate independent quality control reviews Manage the process of compiling and coordinating plans, specifications, cost estimates and pay items Coordinate and review drafting and the assembly of plan sets Develop and oversee task work plans for assigned team members Engage in active team communication Organize technical meetings among design staff Perform occasional field construction observation, sometimes requiring out-of-town travel Active involvement in professional organizations
What We Are Looking For Bachelor'sdegree inCivil Engineeringor related discipline required Experience with FAA design standards P.E. license or planning to obtain license in near future Demonstrate advanced use of CADD Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Ability to perform complex analysis and design Ability to assemble a complete design package for assigned elements or projects Ability to work effectively in a team environment #LI-OS1
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location.
