Description We are on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be primarily focused on handling customer applications and maintaining precise records. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Handle account reconciliations and ensure all accounts are up-to-date

• Manage accounts receivable, ensuring all outstanding amounts are collected promptly

• Undertake billing responsibilities, preparing and issuing invoices to customers

• Oversee cash applications, ensuring all cash receipts are applied correctly

• Manage commercial collections, ensuring all outstanding debts are recovered

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis to ensure accurate record keeping

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing procedures

• Skilled in Cash Applications

• Experience in Cash Collections

• Knowledge of Commercial Collections processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
