SCOPE OF POSITION:

• Building maintenance: Performing routine maintenance such as fixing structural damage, repairing minor plumbing, and HVAC equipment

• System maintenance: Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems

• Safety systems: Maintaining fire, carbon monoxide, smoke, and other safety detectors and equipment

• General upkeep: Conducting general upkeep procedures such as landscaping, painting, and pest control

• Other tasks: Responding to maintenance requests

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform minor fixes, building repairs, hanging tv’s

• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment/building

• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and system

• Check functionality of safety systems

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)

• 3-5 years experience

• Physical stamina and dexterity

• High School Diploma

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

• Experience using hand and electrical tools

• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

• Ability to determine when to DIY vs calling manufacturer on site
