ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technicians in Denison, Texas

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and automation systems. Your expertise will contribute to minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and automation issues promptly.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

  • Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and Food Safety standards.

  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum of two years of experience in machine repair and maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment

  • Experience in the food industry is preferred

  • Formal training or certification in a mechanical-industrial-related trade is desirable

  • Proficiency in pneumatic, conveyor, and electrical systems

  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and cooling systems

  • Ability to work with welding or fabrication equipment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and follow instructions
