Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Denison, Texas

Pay Range: $25-35 an hour (depending on experience)

What's the Job?

• Perform general industrial maintenance and prevention

• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and set up equipment

• Make repairs, predict failure, and respond as needed

• Complete paperwork

• Have a good working knowledge of conveyor systems, packaging machinery, pumps, gear reduction boxes, HVAC systems, boilers, air handling systems, mixers, cookers, fryers, ovens, folders, dicers, freezers, and processing machinery

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED

• Industrial maintenance training preferred

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a general mechanic

• Minimum 3 years in basic, industrial, and PLC controls for electrical experience

• Knowledge of refrigeration, ammonia, and guard systems a plus
