Description

We are looking for a Director/Manager of Financial Reporting to join our team in Delray Beach, Florida. The role involves overseeing non-clinical functions in the Practice including Accounting, Payroll, Operations, and Revenue Cycle Management. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategy in alignment with the overall business plan

• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans

• Analyze financial performance and propose actions to improve profitability and cash flow

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards

• Manage relationships with external payroll services provider, ensuring timely and accurate payment of payrolls

• Oversee the management and operations of various departments

• Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies

• Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard assets of the Practice and prevent fraud

• Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting future cash needs

• Provide leadership in the development of the Practice’s financial policies and procedures

• Maintain the accounting system and ensure that financial data is accurate, secure, and accessible for decision-making

• Manage the process by which payroll data is provided to the external payroll company and employees are paid.

Requirements • The role requires a minimum of five years of experience in financial reporting or related fields.

• Proven proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Familiarity and experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of EPS is required.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is a must.

• Proficiency in managing Accounting Functions is needed.

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is a must.

• The candidate should have experience in auditing.

• Expertise in managing Balance Sheet Account is required.

• Knowledge and experience in Budget Processes are important.
